Apelamos \u00e0 Vossa sensibilidade e compreens\u00e3o para a situa\u00e7\u00e3o dos servidores, em especial dos aposentados, que enfrentam dificuldades devido ao congelamento salarial e perdas acumuladas.<\/p>\n<p>A proposta atual do TJRS prev\u00ea um reajuste de 18% para magistrados e apenas 12% para os trabalhadores, apesar do or\u00e7amento ser \u00fanico. Essa diferencia\u00e7\u00e3o aprofunda a disparidade salarial entre os servidores e os magistrados, que j\u00e1 receberam um aumento de 16,38% em 2019, enquanto os servidores tiveram apenas 6% em 2022.<\/p>\n<p>A discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 ainda mais evidente no caso dos aposentados, que enfrentam dificuldades financeiras devido \u00e0 reforma previdenci\u00e1ria estadual de 2019. Eles passaram a contribuir com a previd\u00eancia mesmo ap\u00f3s a aposentadoria, o que diminuiu ainda mais seu poder de compra. Al\u00e9m disso, a gratifica\u00e7\u00e3o de desempenho institucional (GDI) contempla apenas servidores em atividade, excluindo os aposentados.<\/p>\n<p>Diante desse cen\u00e1rio de discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o, solicitamos que seja garantido um reajuste igualit\u00e1rio de 18% para todos os servidores, magistrados, ativos e aposentados. Embora o TJRS alegue falta de recursos, as entidades dos servidores demonstram a exist\u00eancia de margem or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria e fiscal para tal reajuste.<\/p>\n<p>Defendemos que os recursos destinados \u00e0 GDI sejam tamb\u00e9m aplicados na matriz salarial, beneficiando tanto servidores ativos quanto aposentados, que tanto contribu\u00edram para tornar o TJRS dentre os mais produtivos por 11 anos consecutivos. A matriz salarial comp\u00f5e o vencimento b\u00e1sico e serve de base para futuras aposentadorias, enquanto a GDI n\u00e3o incorpora aos proventos.<\/p>\n<p>Portanto, pedimos que reconsiderem a proposta, combatendo a discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o e garantindo o reajuste igualit\u00e1rio de 18% para todos. Al\u00e9m disso, a transforma\u00e7\u00e3o da GDI em \u00edndice salarial ir\u00e1 contemplar ativos e aposentados.
